All i members Minutes of meetings held November 8th. , and November This being the date set, continued hearing was had o# the assessment roll for the con truetion of pavement on Ewing Avenue from Miami Stree to Leer Street under Improvement Resolution No.I833. In the above named assessment roll, after hearing all persons interested in or affected by said said improvement, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land, primarily assessdd for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore; takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all -things ratified, confir ed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board novi orders said assessment rol delivered to the Department of Finance. The Board signed the contract with Edward Di Julio for the construction of a sewer in College Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller .Street and Improvement Resolution No.I954.. The Board also approved the construction bond on same in the amount of 2, IO2.I0, which is 50 % of the contr��_ct price signed by the Inland Bonding 00. No petitions having been filed for a change of the type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of McKinley Avenue from the east line of Greenlawn Avenue to the west line of Twenty - Second 6treet under Improvement Resolution No.I923, the Board this I5th., day of November, 1927, hereby makes a final order for sheet aspandilt, heavy traffic, as the type of pavement with which said street, shall be improvesh and awards the contract for said improvement to Williston Construction Company at their low bid of 23,359.95. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Harry N. Barne for the pavement on Miner Street from Eddy Street to the east line of Madison Psrk Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I865. This bon for I0% of the eonstruetion cost of said improvement, 1,380.70, signed by the United States Fidelity & Guaranty. Co. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Harry N. Barne for the pavement on Ewing Avenue from Niami Street to Leer Street under Improvement Resolution No.I833. This bond for I0% of the construction cost of said improvement, $86I.44, signed by the United States Fidelity w Guaranty Co. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of VI. J. Nees Co. for the pavement, grade, curb and walk improvement on Sherman Avenue, Rose, Roosevelt and Beale Street under Improvement Resolution No.179I. This bond for I0% of the construction Cost, $8,409.30, signed by the Southern Surety Co. • 0 •
