Vrednesday, November 2nd., 1927. to hear and receive -remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls or in a greater or less sum than that shown on said primary assessment roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be pzblished on the 4th. , day of November and on the. 5th. , day of November, I927, in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, according to law. Bond for I0% of the construction cost amounting II to 260.84 signed by the New York Indemnity Co., approved and signed. The Board approved the Guarantee bond of Alett Bukowski for the pave- ment of the alley between Maple Street and Walnut Street from Division Street to y Napier Street under Improvement Resolution No.I857. Bond for IOc of the construction cost amounting to I3I.55 signed by the United States Filelity & Guaraitty Co., approved ii and signed. The Board approved the Contractors Bond of I,000.00 in favor of Fred Corporan signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Co. j� The Board approved the renewal certificate in favor of Albert Edgell j for I,000.00. This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for. the pavement improvement on Oa,kside Street from the west line of Fellows Street to Miami street under Improvement Resolution No.I836. In the above named assessment roll, Martha Iwan, property owner was present and remonstrated against the assessment on her property but no written remonstrance was filed. After hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement, have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment. The Board, therefore, takes final action or, said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and
