Bond for I0% of the construction cost amounting <br />II <br />to 260.84 signed by the New York Indemnity Co., approved and signed. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of Alett Bukowski for the pave- <br />ment of the alley between Maple Street and Walnut Street from Division Street to <br />y Napier Street under Improvement Resolution No.I857. Bond for IOc of the construction <br />cost amounting to I3I.55 signed by the United States Filelity & Guaraitty Co., approved <br />ii and signed. <br />The Board approved the Contractors Bond of I,000.00 in favor of <br />Fred Corporan signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Co. <br />j� The Board approved the renewal certificate in favor of Albert Edgell <br />j for I,000.00. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for. <br />the pavement improvement on Oa,kside Street from the west line of Fellows Street to <br />Miami street under Improvement Resolution No.I836. <br />In the above named assessment roll, Martha Iwan, property owner <br />was present and remonstrated against the assessment on her property but no written <br />remonstrance was filed. After hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that the several lots and <br />parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement, have been benefited in the <br />amounts named on said assessment. The Board, therefore, takes final action or, said <br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and <br />
