SWray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board adopted the following improvement resolutions: i Improvement Resolution No.I873 for the construction of a sewer in Eckman Street. Street between the west line of lindenbergh Park Addition and Miami Improvement Reso;,ution No.I974 for the construction of a sewer in Ill Robinson Street from Southeast frank Sewer to Vew York Central Railroad. '10 In both©f the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that on the 30th. , day of November,. I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whos I� property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the property liable to be ssessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost as reported by the �ity anngineer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall -be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune " on the IIth., day of November and on the I8th., day of November, I927, incording to law. j� This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment Ill roll for the widening of Kline 6treet from Ewing Avenue to the St. Joseph River under Condemnation Resolution No.I856. The appraisors on this project, Mr. Edward Pfeiffer, Mr. David Gibson and LIr. Ed.
