SWray, filed plans, specifications and estimates <br />and the Board adopted the following improvement resolutions: <br />i Improvement Resolution No.I873 for the construction of a sewer in Eckman <br />Street. <br />Street between the west line of lindenbergh Park Addition and Miami <br />Improvement Reso;,ution No.I974 for the construction of a sewer in <br />Ill Robinson Street from Southeast frank Sewer to Vew York Central Railroad. <br />'10 <br />In both©f the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby <br />orders that on the 30th. , day of November,. I927, this Board will meet in their office <br />in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whos <br />I� property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the <br />benefits to the property liable to be ssessed for said improvement will be equal to <br />the estimated cost as reported by the �ity anngineer. The Board further orders that <br />notices of said hearings shall -be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune <br />" on the IIth., day of November and on the I8th., day of November, I927, incording to <br />law. <br />j� This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment <br />Ill roll for the widening of Kline 6treet from Ewing Avenue to the St. Joseph River under <br />Condemnation Resolution No.I856. <br />The appraisors on this project, Mr. Edward Pfeiffer, Mr. David Gibson <br />and LIr. Ed.
