Tuesday, October I8th., 1927. <br />The Board approved the plat of Kelly's Subdivision with hhe following j <br />dedication: <br />DEDICATION. <br />I <br />it The attached plat known as Kelley's Subdivision of Lots I3I, 132, I33 I <br />I37, 138 and 139 Sorin's Second addition to the City of South Bend, is composed of <br />twelve lots numbered from one to twelve inclusive and is bounded by a line running <br />as follows.' <br />Beginning at the intersection of the sout4 line of Howard Street and <br />j the east line of St. Louis Boulevard; thence east three hundred forty-five (345) feet <br />to the west line of St. Peter Street, thence south one hundred ninetyeight(198) <br />feet, thence west three hundred forty four (344) feet to the east line of St. Louis <br />Boulevard thence north to the place of beginning. <br />All alleys not heretofore dedicated to the public, are hereby dedicated <br />I) to the public for public use. <br />Michael Kelley <br />State of Indiana <br />l St. Joseph County <br />Personally appeared before me a notary public in and for said county, <br />Michael Kelley and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing plat on October I7th <br />1927. <br />Josephine F. " no bid no bid 59132.35 <br />No petitions having been filed for a' change of the type of pavement other <br />• than that specified in the preliminary order, the Board this I8th., day of October <br />1927, hereby, makes a final order for concrete pavement as the type of pavement with <br />which the alley north of Napoleon Boulevard from Leerier Avenue to first alley east of <br />Stanfield Street under Improvement Resolution NQ.I9II, shall be improved and a,,rards <br />the contract for said improvement to Williston construction Co., at their love bid of <br />$3,843.00. <br />I <br />City Engineer, Mr..H. G. Wray filed the .assessment roll for the pavement <br />::1 of Sunnyside Avenue from d1ayne 6treet North to Wayne Street South under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I89I. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the <br />25th., day of October, 1927, this Board will meet at I0.-00 A. M., to hear and receive <br />remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement <br />and will decide whether the several lots and p-reels pf land have been or will be <br />benefited in the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less sum. <br />City Engineer, fir. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for the <br />pavement on Elmer Street from Frederickson Street to Lincoln Way Viest under Improvement ,. <br />Resolution No.I882. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the <br />26th. , day of October, I927, this Board will meet in their office" in the City Hall at <br />7-15 Fe M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has <br />�!been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels <br />I of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in the <br />of <br />shown on said ,roll or in a greater or less sum. The Board further orders that <br />'Inotices of said hearing shall be published on the 2Ist., day of October and on the 22nd <br />
