<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby'
<br />orders that on the 2nd., day of Novemeber, I927, this Board will meet in their office
<br />jin the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from alI persons
<br />whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the
<br />r benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improve-
<br />ment, will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer.
<br />The Board further orders that ntocies of said hearings shall be published in the News
<br />Times and Tribune on the I4th. , day of October and on the 2lst. , day of October, 1027,
<br />and that 3hotices be mailed according to law to property owners affected.

<br />the pavement on Division Street from east line of Chicago Street to the east line of
<br />Belleville Third Unit under Improvement Resolution No.I803.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that

<br />receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improve,
<br />ment and will decide whether the several lots or parcels of land have been benefited
