The amount of the contract being 9,456.04 and the eRnstruct- ion bond for IOG% of the contract prig signed by The Independence Indemnity-1jo., was also approved. The Board approved the guarantee bond of Rieth Riley Construction Uo., for the Coltgelt Street pavement under Improvement Resolution No.I843, signed by Southern Surety City Engineer, Mr. H. G.
