<br />The Board signed the contract with Rocco Simeri for the construction ofl
<br />a sewer on Ewing; Avenue from Leer to Ernsperger Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I9I4 in the amount of I4,933.00. Board also approved the construction bond for
<br />same signed by the Columbia Casualty Co., of New York.

<br />grade, curb and walk on Nineteenth Street from Jefferson to Washington Avenue; A1se

<br />Resolution No. I92I, in the amount of 6,130.00. 2'he Board also approved the construct-

<br />17,867.52. In the matter of this improvement, property owners filed with the Board,
<br />their written consent to have the contract awarded even though the cost of said

<br />of improvements.
