REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17 2010 14 <br />MOTOR VEH THEFT 30 18 - 12 30 18 <br />ARSONS 3 0 - 3 3 0 <br />GRAND TOTAL 467 455 12 467 455 <br />ACCEPT AND FILE CHARGES 10 -01 - NICHOLAS MCKINLEY <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Ms. Vasquez and carried, the Board instructed the Clerk <br />of the Board to file and have the following Charges served upon Patrolman Nicholas McKinley. <br />In his letter to the Board, Police Chief Boykins recommended that a letter of reprimand be placed in <br />Patrolman McKinley's personnel file and a thirty (30) calendar day suspension from duty without <br />pay. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — JANUARY 2010 <br />Chief Howard Buchanon submitted to the Board the Monthly Statistical Analysis Deport for the <br />month of January 2010 compiled by the Prevention/Inspection Bureau of the Fire Department.
