The aforementioned police commissions are in effect until <br />rescinded. <br />All of the aforementioned individuals have met the Commission requirements of the South <br />Bend Police Department, <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Ms. Vasquez and carried, the above Special Police <br />Commissions were approved. Attorney Cheryl Greene noted these Commissions are approved as <br />presented in Chief Boykins letter dated February 3, 2010 and include no powers of arrest.
