<br />tion No.I788. Bond for 36I.33 signed by Commercial CtEs-Salty Insurance Co.
<br />The Board approved a claim of John F. Hipskind against Carl :). Traxler
<br />contractor on the Southeast Trunk Sewer. This amount of 98.50 is for damage done by
<br />Traxler to the Fox Str:yet sexier at the time of the construction of the :gou.th r tt runk
<br />Sewer and is to be paid out of the I,000.00 withheld from Traxler.
