<br />type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the 27th. , day of
<br />September, 1927, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a.
<br />change of type of pavement, other than that specified in the preliminary order, award
<br />I the contract or reject all bids.
<br />tCity Engineer, Mr. H. G."fray, filed plans, specifications and estimte
<br />and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of Miner Street from Notre name
<br />Avenue to Eddy street under Improvement Resolution No.I947. i
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board hereby orders _that on
<br />the I9th. , day of October, 1927, this Board will naet in their office in the :Clay Hall
<br />at 7-I5 P. IT., to hear and redeive remonstrances from all persons whose property is
<br />liable to be assesed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots
<br />and parcels of land, liable to/be assessed for said improvement, will be benefited
<br />in accardanco with the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. Board
<br />further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 30th. day of
<br />September and on the 7th:, day of October 1927 in the South Bend Dews Times .and Tribune
<br />and that notices be mailed according to law, to property owners affected.

<br />pavement of Otsego Street 'from Pokagon Street to Angella Avenue under Improvement
