Zimmer at his low bid. <br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Co._, <br />for the pavement on Howard Street from South Bend Avenue to west line of 111orey's Sub. , <br />under Improvement Resolution No.1889. Board also approved the construction bond of <br />same signed by Inland Bonding Co., for 6,474.40, which is 50% of the contract price <br />of same. <br />The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Construction Co., <br />for the pavement on 26th., Street from Jefferson Blvd., to Mishawaka Avenue under <br />Improvement Resolution No.I866.
