All iperibers present. <br />Minutes of meetings held August 23rd. , and August 24th. , I927 read and approv <br />ed. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the T�ryckenham Land and Investment <br />Co. , for the construction of pavement on Dale avenue and Woodside Street under Improve- <br />ment Resolution No.I8I79 for 10% of the amount due the contractor, signed by the New <br />York Indemnity; Co. Amount of bond $ I, 5I7, I6. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Northern Indiana Construction Co. <br />for the construction of sewer pn Woodside Street uncler Improvement Resolution No.I838, <br />for I0 j of the amount due the contractor, signed by the New York Indemnity Co. Amount <br />,of bond $202.29. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Northern Indiana Construction Co,, <br />.1 for the construction of. the pipe sewer on Lincoln Way West under Improvement Resolution i <br />No.I705, for 10% of the amount due the bontractor, signed by the New Tork Indemnity Co. <br />Amount of bond $76I.59. <br />The.Board signed the contract with Alex Bukowski for the construction of paveme t <br />on Ist., alley west of McPherson Street from Division Street to Napier Street under <br />Improvement Resolution No.I876. Board also approved the construction bond for same in th <br />amount of $985.50, which is I00%bof the construction price signed by the United States <br />Fidelity and Guaranty Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with Carl Zimmer for the construction of grade, <br />curb and walk on Liberty Street from Washington Avenue to Jefferson Blvd., under impro- 1I <br />vement resolution No.I900. Board also approved the construction bond for same in the <br />l amount of 8I5.009 which is 50. o of the contract price signed by the Southern Surety Co, <br />�I <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls: <br />Pavement on Gladstone and Huron Streets under Improvement Resolution No.I807. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Sheridan & Huron Streets under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I808. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Division Street from East line of Bellevill <br />Third Unit to Test line of Belleville Third unit under Improvement Resolution No.I839. <br />Assessment roll for the construction of grade, cjrb and walk and pavement on <br />Pulaski and Calvert Street under Improvement Resolution No.I802. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds <br />that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements, have <br />been benefited in the amounts named on said rolls. The Board, therefore, takes final <br />action on said assessment rolls, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved, without modification, and the proceedings closed. <br />
