The Board approved the Plat of Olive Place Addition with the following dedica- tion: "The annexed plat is a plat of Olive Place Addition to the City of South Bend Indiana, St. Joseph County, Indiana and corpprises the following described tract of land - to wit: j The S. E. 4 of the N. E. 4 of the S? W? 4 of Section I5. Township 37 North r Range 2 East. The size of the lots and the widths of the streets and alleys are marked in feet and decimals df feet on the plat.
