<br />In all of the above named improvement assessment rolls, the
<br />Board, hereby, orders that on the 3rd. , day of August, I927, this Board will meet
<br />at their office in the City Haj-1 at 7-I5 P. It'., to hear and receive remonstrances
<br />from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvements and will
<br />decide wh6ther the benefits to the several lots and-arcelsof land ;.hich have been
<br />assessed to said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported
<br />by the City hgineer or th the amounts shoYm on said primary assessment rolls or in
<br />a greater or less amount. The Board further orders. t1-a t notice of said hearing
<br />shall be published in the News iTimes and South Bend Tribune on the 29th., day of
<br />July and on the 30 thy., day of July, I927.

<br />property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the
<br />benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said

<br />eer. Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the
