This being the date set, continued hearing eras had
<br />on the pavement of Parry Street from Division Otreet to the Fifth alley South of
<br />Division Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1897.
<br />In the above named resolution, remonstrators appeared
<br />but no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the
<br />premises; finds that the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for
<br />said improvement ,will be benefited in accordance with the estimated cost of same as
<br />reported by the City Engineer and that the improvement is necessary. The Board,
<br />therefore, takes final action o3 said improvement resolution and over rules the
<br />remonstrances, and declares said improvement resolution No.I897 in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment
<br />roll for the pavement: of Division Street from the 'west line of OliveStreet to.the
<br />east line of Chicago street under Improvement resolution 1,To.I722.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared
<br />but no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board decides to continue hearing on
<br />same until August 3rd., I927.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assess -
<br />went roll for the condemnation or easement for the Northwest Trun -1 Sevier under
<br />Condemnation Resolution No.I769.
<br />In thu- above named assessment roll, written remonstranceO
<br />were filed by the Lock Joint Tube ompany and by the New York Central Railway
<br />Company and upon the request of John J. Yeakley, attorney for the New York Central
<br />Railway, the Board decides to continue hearing on said assessment roll until Tuesday
<br />August 9th., 1927.
<br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of Achille C.
<br />Colpaert for the construction of pavement in alleys in Belleville addition under
<br />Improvement resolution Wo.I792. Bon d signed by the I;Tetropolitan Casualty Insurance
<br />Co., in the amount of 849.03.
<br />The Board approved a driveway at the corner of Laporte
<br />Avenue and Cleveland Avenue loc-_:ted at 502 Cleveland Avenue.

<br />Assessment roll for the pipe se,.-!ers in Bovmian Street
<br />between Clyde and Sampson. Streets and in Clyde Street between Donald and Calvert
<br />Streets under Improvement Resolution 1o.I760,
<br />In all of the above named resolutions, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no ,-mitten remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels which have been assessed for
<br />said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shovrn on said primary assess-
<br />ment rolls, and therefore,declares said assessment rolls filed June 2.8th., and
<br />July I2th. , I927, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance.
