PF- <br />Tuesdays July I2th., I9270 <br />Improvement resolution-ITo:I86I, takes firal action on said resolution, declaring same <br />null and void and the proceedings closed. <br />Petitions Irving been f ilea for a change of the type of pavement <br />from concrete, the type specified in the preliminary order, to sheet asphalt, City <br />_eer, I,r., H. r. 1raymade the following report on the petition for the pavement <br />of 'VJoodwide Street from yellows Street to a point 120 feet tQrest of the wrest line of <br />'dale Avenues under Improvement Resolution No.I8I6: <br />"There are three (3) resident freeholders on this street wthhin <br />the limits a'Dove described, two of whom have 'signed this petition requesting that the <br />street be paved with Sheet asphalt. This number constitutes a majority and therefore <br />I would- recommend that a final order be made for sheet asphalt pavement on this improver <br />ment. Signed H. G. Wray, City Engineer." <br />Upon the recommendation of T;`r. 4Iray and City Fitt-6rney Iv'r. I. S. <br />Romig, the Board hereby decides, in the matter of the Woodside Street pavement under <br />Impr ovement Resolution No.I8I6, to with hold final action on the above matter until <br />Tuesday Morning, July I9th., I927, at which time the Board will either award the contract <br />for said improvement or reject all bids. <br />The Board hereby appoints Edward Pfeiffer, David Gibson and Ralph; <br />Osborn as appraisors in the matter of the Bulla Street opening under Condemnation <br />Resolution No.I844.
