<br />order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improve
<br />and sets the 12th., day of July, 1927, when the Board will either act oh a petition
<br />for a change of the. type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order
<br />award the contract and reject all bids. The Board hereby makes a preliminary order
<br />to Meth Riley Construction Co., for said improvement.
