<br />"There are 77 freeholders on this section of Lincoln tilay, 26
<br />of whom have indicated their choice of concrete pavement. This does not constitute a
<br />majority, therefore, I would recommend that a final order be made for sheet asphalt

<br />The Boa_--d, therefore, this 28th., day of June, 1927, hereby
<br />II makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with khich Lincoln Way West
<br />from West line of Wilber street to Wiest line of Olive, Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.1815, shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement to the Williston
<br />j Construction Co., at their low_ bid of $77,256.60, their bid the lowest and 'nest bid for
<br />�I sheet asphalt pavement.
