<br />The Board approved the Plat of Roseland I4anor Addition,
<br />Second Unit with the following dedication:
<br />"The annexed plat of ROSELAND MANOR ADDITION "SECOND UNIT"1
<br />in section 13, Township_ 38 North range 2 East, is a sub -division of the following
<br />described property to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a Boint Forty (40) rods west of the North-
<br />East corner of the Jest One -Half (J) of the outh-east One -quarter (1) of Section I3,
<br />Toimship 38 North Range 2 East, which point is five and four tenths (5.4) feet east of
<br />the center line of Helman Street in Roseland Manor Addition, thence south parallel with]
<br />and five and four tenths (5.4) feet east of the center line of Helman Street, a distance
<br />of Eighty (80) rods, thence west a distance of One hundred seventy and four tenths
<br />(I70,4) ft. thence north Eighty (80) rods thence north eighty rods, thence -fiat one -
<br />hundred anseventy and four tenths (I70.41 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />The plat contains 24 lots nembered from Lot 97 to 120
<br />inclusive. The size of the lots and the width of the streets and alleys are marked oni
<br />the plat in feet and fractions thereof.
<br />The Streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the P011ec
<br />for the use of the Public as Public thoroughfares. j
