<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll
<br />fo- the local sewer on Fairview, Eying, Eckman and trine 1treets under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.1784.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the benefits to the several lots and
<br />parcels of land which have been assessed for said
<br />,improvement, are equal to the amounts set opposite same on the assessment roll. The
<br />Board, therefore, decides to sustain all former action taken on said assessment roll,

<br />filed June 8th., I927, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the department of Finance.

<br />11r. Wray, City Engineer, submitted a report on the remonstranc
<br />filed against the improvement of Chapin Street from Washington Street to Monroe Street.
<br />This remonstrance is signed by a majority of resident property owners on this street
<br />and, thereforerq the Board has no power to act in this matter unless it is taken to
<br />the Council for action, in which event, it will take a 2/3 vote by the Council to coati;
<br />this improvement. The final decision in this matter will be made at some later date.
<br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read
<br />on the following improvements: '� •
