<br />In all of the above named resolutions, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the 29th., day of June, 1927, this Board will meet at their office in the City
<br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits
<br />to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will
<br />-be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board
<br />further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the IOth., day of June
<br />and on the I7th. , day of June, 1927, in the South Bend News 'Times and Tribune and that
<br />notices be sent to property owners according to law.

<br />the Board this 7th., day of June, I927, hereby makes a final order for concrete as
<br />the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and awards the contract
<br />for said improvement to Alex'Bu_kowski at his low bid of $2,233.02. -
<br />Grade, curb and walk on Twenty-first Street from the south line
<br />of DIcHinley Street to north line of Christman Place Addition and on the West- Q Twenty-
<br />first Street from North line of Christman Place Addition to center line of Vlashington
<br />.venue under Improvement Resolution No.I804.

<br />Bids having been received for the construction of grade, curb and
<br />walk on Twenty-first Street under Improvement Resolution No.I804, the Board this 7th.,
<br />day of June, 1927, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to J. A. Barnes at
<br />his low bid of 3,I62.80.
<br />No petitions having been filed for a change of the type of pave-
<br />ment other than that specified in the prelimim.ry order, the Board this 7th., day of
<br />June, I92'7, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with
<br />which Yokd Ptreet ::_shall be improved from Olive Street to Kaley Street under Improvement;
<br />Resolution No.1707, and awards the contract for said improvement to the AlbertConstruct-
<br />ion Co., at their low bid of 11,796.52.
<br />No petitions having been filed for a change of the type of pave-
<br />ment other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Colfax Avenue
<br />from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I7I5, the Board this
<br />7th., day of June, 1927, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the pavement
<br />with which said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement

<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. :'gray submitted the following partial
<br />estimates:
<br />Partial estimate No.I for the grade and walk improvement on -east
<br />Sample Street under Various Streets Improvement resolution No.I472 in accordance with
<br />the terms of the contract between the pity and T. T. Tranberg. The Board signed and
<br />approved same in the amount of '523.72.
<br />Partial Estimate No.I for the pavement improvement on Angella
<br />Avenue from Lafayette Street to the west rail of Southern Michigan R. R., in accordance'
<br />ift th the ter-.s of the contract between. the City and 41'illiston Construction `o., under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.170I. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 8,696.45.
