�56 <br />J' <br />Tuesday, June 7th., I927. <br />Street tp t].e North curb line of division Street under Improvement Resolution llo'.I867. <br />In all of the above named resolutions, the Board hereby orders <br />that on the 29th., day of June, 1927, this Board will meet at their office in the City <br />Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits <br />to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will <br />-be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board <br />further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the IOth., day of June <br />and on the I7th. , day of June, 1927, in the South Bend News 'Times and Tribune and that <br />notices be sent to property owners according to law. <br />City Engineer, Yr. A. Barnes at <br />his low bid of 3,I62.80. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change of the type of pave- <br />ment other than that specified in the prelimim.ry order, the Board this 7th., day of <br />June, I92'7, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with <br />which Yokd Ptreet ::_shall be improved from Olive Street to Kaley Street under Improvement; <br />Resolution No.1707, and awards the contract for said improvement to the AlbertConstruct- <br />ion Co., at their low bid of 11,796.52. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change of the type of pave- <br />ment other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Colfax Avenue <br />from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I7I5, the Board this <br />7th., day of June, 1927, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the pavement <br />with which said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement <br />�onstruet ion vo. , at their low bid of I6, 294.57. <br />to Rieth Riley <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. The Board signed and <br />approved same in the amount of '523.72. <br />Partial Estimate No.I for the pavement improvement on Angella <br />Avenue from Lafayette Street to the west rail of Southern Michigan R. R., in accordance' <br />ift th the ter-.s of the contract between. the City and 41'illiston Construction `o., under <br />Improvement Resolution No.170I.
