<br />Know all men by these presents: That the Board of Public vlorks of the
<br />City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar (I.00) and other valuable considerations, uder authortiy granted by an act
<br />i of the Legislature of the State of Indiana approved March 8th. , 1923 ( Laws of I923, pp
<br />447 to 455) as amended by an act approved March I4th., 1925 (Laws of I925, pp504 to
<br />522.) , does hereby release, relinquish, transfer and surrender to Northern Indiana
<br />Public Service Co., a corporation organized and exis:ttgg under the laws of the State
<br />of Indiana, its successors and assigns, all right, title and interest in and to a
<br />certain system of gas mains in Coquillard Woods First Addition to the City of South
<br />Bend, a recorded and platted addition within the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County
<br />I� Indiana, as the same are fully described in the assignemend and plat hereto attached
<br />and made a part hereof.
