<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, hereby,
<br />orders that on the 22nd., day of June, I927, this Board will meet at 7-I5 P. Its., in
<br />their office in the City HaTI to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons i
<br />whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether -
<br />the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal �
<br />to the estimated cost, as reported by the City Engineer. The Board further orders 1
<br />that notices of said hearings`'shall be published on the 3rd. , day of June, 1927,
<br />and on the I©th., day of June, 1927, in the" South Bernd News Times and Tribune and
<br />that notices be mailed to property owners according to Law.

<br />Bids having been received -for the pavement on Division Street from Fast
<br />line of Chicago Street to the east line of BellevilleThird. Unit under Imrrovement
<br />resolution No.I803, the Board this 3lst., day of May, I927 hereby snakes a jff1n lI , {
<br />order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which said street shall be paved
<br />and awards the contract for same to the Albert Construction Co., at their low bid of

<br />Bids having been received for_.the pavement of Sheridan Avenue from South

<br />line of the first alley south of Division street to a point 82 feet South under Impro-
<br />vement Resolution No, I804, --the- Board this Hint-. , day of May, I927, hereby makes a final
<br />order for sheet asphalt as the type of pave ent with which said street shall be paved
<br />abd awards the contract for same to Albert onstruction Co., at their low bid of i

<br />Improvement Resolution No.I820 for the construction of grade, curb and walk
<br />on Huey Street from Keller Street to Marquette Blvd.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I822 for the construction of grade, curb and walk
<br />on Liberty Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I823 for the construction of grade, curb and walk
<br />on Kentucky Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I824 for the construction of grade, curb 'd walk
<br />on Iowa Street from Division Street to Jefferson Blvd.

<br />In all of the above named resolutions, ago -remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the-, benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />. for said improvements will be equal to the e,_timated cost of said improvements as
<br />reported by the City Engineer. The Board therefore, decides to sustain all former
<br />action taken on said resolTo es and dcares same in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved`
