<br />City Engineer, fir. H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications
<br />and estimate for.the construction of pavement on the first alley east of ialnut Stre
<br />from Division Street to Napier Street under Improvement Resolution No.I857.
<br />In the above named resolution, property owners waived all
<br />objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation
<br />in procedure for construction of street. improvements according to law. Whereupon,
<br />the Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of same.

<br />change of type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order, award
<br />the contract or reject all bids. The Board hereby makes a preliminary order for said
<br />work to the Albert Construction Co., at their low of 8II,796.52 for sheet asphalt. 1

<br />on Colfax Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />Nd,17I5. the Board, this 25th., day of &lay, 1927, hereby makes a preliminary order
<br />for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved
<br />and sets the 8th., day of June, I927, at 7-I5 P. PE., when said Board shall either
<br />pass on peitions for a change of type of pavement other than that specified in the
<br />preliminary order, award the contract or reject all bids. The Board hereby makes a
<br />preliminary order for said work to Reith Riley Construction Co., at their low bid of
