337 <br />Tuesday, lr-ay 17th. , I927. <br />assessed for saidimprovement and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots <br />and rarcels of Land are equal to the amounts set forth on said roll. The Board <br />farther orders that notices of said hearing -shall be t-ablished on the 20th , day <br />of May and on the 2Ist. , day of Main, I927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune, <br />City Engineer, 1r. H.. G. `dray, fil d primary assessment roll for <br />the grade and walk improvement on LaSalle Avenue from Sunnysid.e Avenue to Ist., alley <br />East of 6unnyside Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I777. <br />In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the 25th. , day <br />of May, 1927, this Board at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. IA., will meet to <br />hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for <br />said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to• the property so assessed on <br />said roll are equal to cost of same.
