rM750" <br />0 332 <br />0 <br />We <br />dnesday 1vening, Jjjay JIth. , 1927. <br />Board met in regular session at 7-15 P. M1. All members <br />present. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the <br />Improvement Resolution No.I790 for the construction of a sewer along Chalfant Street <br />from Walsh Street to a point 10 feet East of the Wiest lin-? of Lot 150 in Replat of <br />Park Place 2nd., Plat. <br />In the above matter the Board decides to continue hearing on <br />same until June 8th., 1927, at 7-15 P. P. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following <br />Vacation Resolutions; <br />Vacation Resolution No.1800 for the vacation of the alley <br />West of Ylin Street from the South line of Foote Street to the North line of the <br />Ist. alley South of Foote Street. <br />Vacation Resolution No.I80I for the vacation of the alley <br />North of Bartlett Street from West line of Main Street to the East line of the Ist. <br />alley West of Main Street. <br />Vacation Resolution No.1809 for the vacation of alleys in <br />• <br />LaSalle Park and Summit Place third plat. <br />Vacation Resolution No.I8I0 for the vacation of alleys in <br />Lincoln Park. <br />In all of the above vacation resolutions, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no wkitten remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in <br />the premises, decides to sustain all former action taken on said vacation resolutions', <br />and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the alleys <br />vacated. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll shall be prepared <br />of all property and of all valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected, which list shall also describe the property beneficially <br />affected. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Vacation! <br />Resolution No. 1765 for the vacation of Tutt Street from East line Of Carroll Street <br />to a point 82.5 feet N. W. of t#e S. E. corner of Lot 12 in William Anderson's <br />Subdivision, <br />In the above named Vacation resolution, the Board being fully <br />advised in the premises, decides to rescind all former action taken on said vacation <br />resolution No,I765 and declares same null and void and the proceedings closed. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the <br />widening of Kline Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue tinder Condemnation <br />Resolution No.1799. <br />In the above matter, property owners appeared and asked the <br />Board to make Mien Street a hundred foot street instead of an eighty foot street, <br />to correspond with the new Twyckenham Drive of one hundred feet. There were eight <br />property owners present in favor of the hundred foot street while one only favored <br />the eighty foot street. After hearing all persons interested in said widening, the <br />Board decides to rescind all action taken on said Condemnation Resolution and declares <br />same null and void and the proceedings closed. <br />• <br />This being the date set, hearings were hdd on the following <br />Assessment i-olls: <br />Assessment roll for the construction of grade and walk on <br />the East side of Eddy Street from Bronson Street to the Grand Trunk Western R. R., <br />under Improvement Resolution No.1599. Eston Bal contractor, $1092.36. <br />Assessment roll for the construction of grad-6 and walk on <br />the North side of Prast Street from Johnson Street to the 2nd., alley west of Johnson; <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I758. Amou#t due Eston Ball contractor, 248.00/ <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land which <br />have been assessed for said improvements, are equal to the <br />MX set opposite said lots and parcels - of land on said <br />primary rolls, and therefore, declares said rolls ratified, confirmed and approved i <br />and the proceedings closed. Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the <br />Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearing vas had on the assessment roll <br />.1 <br />for the grade, curb and walk on Dayton Street from Robinson Street to the My -line off <br />Y.S. Robinson's 2nd., plat under Improvement resolution No.1566, Amount due J. A. I <br />Barnes, contractor, 327.00# <br />In the above matter, remonstrators appeared b3xt no written <br />remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises decides <br />4 1927, at <br />-me hearing on s04, <br />to contin until i 1 Yay <br />
