ed.nesday, March 30th., 1927. Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. W. R. Hinkle absent. This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution for the Vacation of the alley south of Napier Street from Scott to the first alley west of Scott Street under Vacation Resolution No.1783, In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon stranee was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises decides to sustain all former action taken on said Vacation Resolution No:1783 and declares same in thing ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following Assessment Rolls: Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Jefferson Street from Meade Street to Kaley Street and Kaley Street from point 166 feet south of the south line of Napier Street to 17 feet south of the south line of Newcome Street under Improvement Resolution No.1625. Assessment roll for the Sub -Trunk Sewer on Ewing Avenue and Main Street under Improvement Resolution No.I543. Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Frederickson Street and Prast Street from Johnson Street to O'Brien 'Street and O'Brien Street from Prast Street to the Ist., alley south of Fr_ederickson Street under Improvement Resolution No#1759. In all of the above assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and have been fully advised in the premi-ses, the Board finds that the benefits accruing to the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed are equal to the amounts set opposite said lots and parcels of land on said primarly assessment rolls, and declares said: rolls ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date, continued hearings were had on the following Assessment rolls: Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Laurel Street from Monroe Street to a point I83 feet south of the center line of Division Street under Improvement Resolution No.T623.. Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on Holland Street from Meade. Street to a point -70 feet Fast of the East line of Kaley Street under Improvement Resoluti No.1627, In bo h of the above matters, the Board decides to continue hearings on same until April ., 1927. City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted a resolution for the paving of alleys as follows: First alley S. of Division Street from W. line of Sheriden Avenue to . line of Gladstone Avenue. Alley between. Gladstone Avenue and Edison Avenue from N. Line of Huron Street to S. line of first alley S. of Division Street. i Alley between Edison Avenue and Albert Avenue from N. line of Huron Street to S. line of first alley S. of Division Street. Alley between Albert Street and Sheriden *venue from N. line of Huron Street to S. line of first a lle3c S. of Division Street. All under Improvement Resolution No.I792. In the above matter, property owners waived all objedtions on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings. City Engineer, Riir. H. G. Wray, filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted a resolution for the construction of grade, curb, walk and pavement as follows: Sherman Avenue from S. line of alley N. of Bryan Street to S. line of Rose Street and W* of Sherman Avenue from S. line of Rose Street to N. line of alley S. of Rose Street.
