Hinkle absent. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution for the <br />Vacation of the alley south of Napier Street from Scott to the first alley west <br />of Scott Street under Vacation Resolution No.1783, <br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon <br />stranee was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises decides to <br />sustain all former action taken on said Vacation Resolution No:1783 and declares <br />same in thing ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners of <br />property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously <br />affected, which roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following Assessment <br />Rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Jefferson Street from Meade Street <br />to Kaley Street and Kaley Street from point 166 feet south of the south line of <br />Napier Street to 17 feet south of the south line of Newcome Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.1625. <br />Assessment roll for the Sub -Trunk Sewer on Ewing Avenue and Main Street <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I543. <br />Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Frederickson Street and Prast <br />Street from Johnson Street to O'Brien 'Street and O'Brien Street from Prast Street to <br />the Ist., alley south of Fr_ederickson Street under Improvement Resolution No#1759. <br />In all of the above assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrance was filed, and have been fully advised in the premi-ses, <br />the Board finds that the benefits accruing to the several lots and parcels of land <br />primarily assessed are equal to the amounts set opposite said lots and parcels of <br />land on said primarly assessment rolls, and declares said: rolls ratified, confirmed <br />and approved and the proceedings closed. Board now orders said assessment rolls <br />delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date, continued hearings were had on the following <br />Assessment rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the Pipe Sewer on Laurel Street from Monroe Street <br />to a point I83 feet south of the center line of Division Street under Improvement <br />Resolution No.T623.. <br />Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on Holland Street from Meade. Street <br />to a point -70 feet Fast of the East line of Kaley Street under Improvement Resoluti <br />No.1627, <br />In bo h of the above matters, the Board decides to continue hearings on <br />same until April ., 1927. <br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed plans and specifications and the <br />Board adopted a resolution for the paving of alleys as follows: <br />First alley S. of Division Street from W. line of Sheriden Avenue to <br />. line of Gladstone Avenue. <br />Alley between. Gladstone Avenue and Edison Avenue from N. Line of Huron <br />Street to S. line of first alley S. of Division Street. <br />i <br />Alley between Edison Avenue and Albert Avenue from N. line of Huron <br />Street to S. line of first alley S. of Division Street. <br />Alley between Albert Street and Sheriden *venue from N. line of Huron <br />Street to S. line of first a lle3c S. of Division Street. All under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I792. <br />In the above matter, property owners waived all objedtions on and in <br />defense to any defect in said proceedings. <br />City Engineer, Riir. H. G.
