<br />All under Improvement Resolution No.I79I*
<br />in the above resolution, property owners waived all objections on and in
<br />defense to any defect in said proceedings and the Board, therefore, declares said -
<br />resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />In thematter of improvement resolutions No. 1791 and 1792, the Board,
<br />received, opened and read proposals for same as follows:

<br />In'the matter of bids on Improvement Resolution No.I79I, the Board this
<br />30th., day of 1&reh, I927, awards the contract for said improvement to W. J. Nees
<br />Co., they being the only ones who submitted a bid.
<br />In the matter of bids on Improvement Resolution No. 1792, the Board this
<br />30th.,, day of March, 1927, hereby awards the contract for, said improvement to
<br />.Achille C. Colpeart at his bid of 1.8775 for 7"plain concrete. This being the
<br />only.bid submitted.
<br />City Engineer, 141r. H. G. Wray, filed tabulations of bids for the pavement
<br />on Angeila Avenue from Lafayette Street to Marquette Avenue under Improvement ResO-

<br />Bids having been received for the pavement on Angella Avenue from Marquette
<br />to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No.I702, the Board this 30th., daft
<br />of March, 1927, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt as 'the type -of
<br />pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the I2th., day of A -rid,
<br />1927, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for changing he
<br />type of pavement other than that ordered in the preliminary order, award the contract
<br />ore reject all bids. 'The Board hereby awards the contract for said improvement to
<br />the Willistone C(5nstruction Co., at their low bid of $21,,846935.
<br />The Board approved the purchase of a Wehr Quick Detachable Grader, which
<br />includes Grader, Quick Detachable Front Axle and rubber wheels at the price of
<br />725.00. Same to be ordered from Fred Kuhn of Lapau, Indiana.
