<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M- All members present.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on �hdora ;�trei

<br />the opening of Bulla Street from Portage Avenue to e
<br />resolution No.I779.
<br />In the above matter, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was
<br />filed and after hearing all -persons interested in said. Condemnation Resolution,.the
<br />Board takes final action on said resolution and rescinds all former action taken
<br />o.I779 and. declares same null and- void and the
<br />on said Condemnation Resolution N
<br />proceedings closed..
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the Sid ewalk Improvement for the
<br />construction of sidewalk on.the North side of Sample Street from Chapin Street to
<br />Wainut Street under Improvement Resolution No01776.
<br />In the above matter, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was
<br />filed and after hearing all persons interested in said improvement, taus
<br />final action on said resolution No.I776 and tesbi.nds all former action taken on this
<br />resolution, declaring same null and void and the proceedings closed.

<br />filed and after hearing all persons interested in mallid vformer action takenkon
<br />q final action on said Improvement Resolution and rescinds
<br />this Improvement resolution 17o.I780 declaring same null and void and the prodeedings
<br />closed.

<br />construction of a local sewer on Calvert Street from dine Street to Sampson Street��

<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
<br />filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises finds that the several lots it
<br />and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be benefited in r
<br />amounts equal to the engineer's estimate and that this improvement is necessary and
<br />said resolution as originally adopted and declares same
<br />thereupon takes final action on
<br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board, hereby, orders that on the 5th., day of Aprils I9279, this Board
<br />at it's office in the City Ball at 10:00 A. M., will receive, open and read sealed
<br />proposals for the construction of a local sewer on Calvert Street from Kline Street
<br />to Sampson Street under Improvement
<br />theo26th.�775. Board. further day of March and on theers 2ndlhaday
<br />notice of said proposals published.
<br />of April, 1927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
<br />This being the date set hearings were had on the following sidewalk Improvement
<br />Improvement resolution No. I777 for the construction of sidewalk, grade and wal'
<br />on LaSalle Avenue from Sunnyside Avenue to Ist. , alley East of Sunny'side Avenue.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I778 for the grade, curb and walk on the North side
<br />of Indiana Avenue between beer Street and Clyde Street.
<br />In both of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no wwitten remon-
<br />strance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the
<br />benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer, and. thereupon takes final acti
<br />adopted, and dd
<br />declares same ratified, confirmed and
<br />on said resolutions as originally
<br />approved without modification.

<br />The Board, hereby, orders that on the 5th., day of April, I9271, this Board
<br />will meet at it's office in the City Hall at 10:00 A. M., to receive, open and read
<br />sealed proposals for the construction of grade, curb and walk on LaSalle Avenue from
<br />Sunnysid.e Avengla to Ist, , alley East of Sunnyside Avenue under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I777, and also for the construction of grade, curb and walk on the North side of
<br />Indiana A -Venue between Leer Street and Clyde Street under Improvement Resolution NoI77,
<br />Board further orders, that notices of said proposals be published. in the South Bend.
<br />News Times and Tribune on the 26th., day of March and on the 2nd., day of April, I927.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the .-Vacation Resolution`. Nt6bior-
<br />1781 for the Tacat an of Alleys in Belleville First Unit.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
<br />'Ii filed and the Board being fuller advised in the premises, takes final action on said
<br />Vacation Resolution No.i'78 and declares same ratified, confirmed and' approved. The
<br />;Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property
<br />;and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be in�xriously affected,
<br />'which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected.
