<br />The Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. ?F. All members
<br />present.
<br />This being the date set continued hearing was had on the
<br />vacation of the portion of the allev T"est of Studebaker Street bet,-reen west extensions
<br />of Colfax Avenue and Hine Street under Vacation resolution No.I767.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no "written
<br />remonstrance was filed, and the Board therefore declares said resolution adopted
<br />on the 8thl, day of December I926, in all things ratified, confirmed .and approved.
<br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of.
<br />property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously
<br />affected, which roll shall also describe the property beneficially effected.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was held on the vacation
<br />of a portion of the third alley west of Laporte Avenue from the first alley north of
<br />Colfax Avenue to a point 60 feet South of th.e Northwest corner of lot 49 Rockafellers
<br />second Addition under Vacation hesolution No.I766.
<br />in the above matter, property owners in this vicinity appeared
<br />And remonstrated against said vacation. Yr. Aaron Huguenard, attorney for the
<br />Chicago, South Shore Street Car `'o., requested the Board for a continuance of.
<br />the hearing on this vacation to allow the Street L'ar Company time to submit additional;
<br />information with respect to this alley. vacation. The Board, therefore, decides to
<br />continue this hearing until February I6th., I927.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the Vacation
<br />of Tutt Jtreet under Vacation jesolution No. I765.
<br />In the above matter, upon the request of persons interested in said i
<br />vacation, the Board hereby decides to continue he -ring on same until "`arch 2nd. , I927.
<br />This being the date set, rearing was had on the Assessment roll
