The Board signed the contract with Van Trump Testing Laboratory for testing �aqhalt for the year I927. This contract is the same as for the year I926, that is 2 2 � for asphalt pavements having a specified thickness of 2 inches; 2 3/4 � for all ;asphalt xr�vements having a specified thickness of 2 2 inches; 3� for all asphalt pave- ments having a specified thickness of 3 inches per square yard of finished pavement. -Upon the recommendation of 77m. 17. Qualls, the Board approved the installation !� of the following lights: TO -six, thousand lumen lights on the Jefferson Bridge g : ge and a cost of50.00 each a per year or 500.00. I- four thousand lumen light at Bellevue and Hildreth Street. i I- four thousand lumen light at Robefts and Ruskin Street. i Both . of the above at a cost of 45. 0 ylights. H. r . ¶"-ray, filed plans and the Board adopted a resolution for th.e vac<<<tion of the North and South rlleys in Belleville Third Unit under Vacation Resolution No..I772.
