Pavement on Sunnyside Avenue from -South line of McKinley Avenue to Sorin Street under Improvement Resolution No.I7I3. j In all of the above matters, the Board hereby orders that on the IOth., 'day of November, I927, this Board at it's office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M... will meet to hear and receive'remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed- for -said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the property assessed on said rolls -for said improvements are equal to the amounts as shown on said rolls. Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published on the 5th., day of November and on the 6th., day of November I926, in the News Times and Tribune. n Board signed the contract with I. '". Staples for the construction of a local sewer on Nash Street from Indiana Avenue to a point 462 feet north of the north line of Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution'No:I740. Board approved the construction bond for 10099 of the con#ract price, I,069,80 signed by the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland. Board also approved the assignment of the contract for the Nash Street Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I740 from I. Y% Staples to L'. H. Webster. The constru tion bond also accepted in the amount of I1069.80 signed by Fidelity and Deposit 'ompany of Maryland. City Engineer, Yr. H. G.14-ay, submitted the following partial estimates and the Board approved same: Partial estimate No I for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Johnson Street from Elwood Avenue -to feller Street and Bulls, Street and S uthQ- of Keller Street from °pest line of Johnson -Street to Alley 7 est of Johnson S?reet, In accordance with the terms -of the contract between the City andilliston Constru ion Co., under Improvement Resolution No in the amount of 3,873.7I. .1746. Board signed and approved same Partial estimate 'No.I for grade, curb, walk improvanent on VIVI lson Street from "est line of 22nd. , Street to East line of 20th. , Street in accordance with t.heterms of the * contract between the city and Eston Ball, contractors, under Improvement resolution No.I743. Board signed and Approved sane in the amount 'i • of I$2I3.29. Partial estimate No.I for the pipe sewer improvement in South Street from Sunnyside A enue to Harriett- Street in- accordance with the terms of the contract between the c.iTy and John F. Hipskind, contractor, under improvement - resolution No.I649. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 3,005.07. Upon the recommendation of Vim. F. Qualls, the Board approved the removal of lights #I062 and #I064 in 'Howard Park as the d rive way where these lights are located has been discontinued. This means a saving to the city of 56.00 per year. Upon the recommendation of -4m. F. Qual is , the Board approved winter schedule of lights for city parks until the opening of the parks next Spring.';! Upon the recommendation of � m. F. Qualls, the Board approved bhe change of the light in the center of the block between'Wall and Mishawaka Avenue to- 'I the corner of Wall and Mishawaka Avenue, game ordered. Upon the recommendation of City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray., the Board apM owed the -grade of the alley west of Miami Street from Irvington Avenue to Fairview t'venue. City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray.. filed plans and specifications • and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavergent of Fisher Street from Harris Street to the 2nd., alley west of Harris Street under Improvement Resolution No. j I762.
