Bond signed by Inland Bonding Co., for -the Albert Construction Co., for <br />2,002.80, which is 10% of the amount of the contract. <br />Pavement -on Palmer Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No. I7I2. <br />Bond signed by Inland Bonding- C� . , for Albert Construction Co., for 8231.-'97, which is <br />104 of the amount of the contract, <br />vacation resolutions: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following <br />Vacation Resolution'No,1753 for the vacation of the aaley�, <br />between lots I2 and 13 in �tudebakerts-Sub., from Kosciuszko Street to the West line <br />of the alley East of Kosc-1,uszko Street. <br />Vacation of the alley west of Meade Street from Washington <br />Street to the -South line of the first alley north of Washington Street under vacation <br />resolution No.I752. <br />Vacation of the alley South of Lawton Street from Kaley Street <br />to the west line of the alley east of Kaley Street, under Vacation Rdsollation No.I75I. '1 <br />In all of -the _ above matters, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrance was filed: -The Board, therefore, decide s, to sustain all f ormer <br />action taken on said vacation resolutions and -declares the above described property <br />vacated.. and the above resolutions in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all <br />owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or <br />to be injuriously affected which list shall also describe the property benificially <br />affected. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the <br />Improvement Resolution No.I750 for the grading of the alley south of Dubail Avenue <br />from Kemble 'treet to Douglas Street. <br />In the above matter, only one property owner appeared a)3ainst <br />this improvement. After hearing this interested party, the Board decides to rescind <br />all former action on said resolution and declare same null and void and the proceedingw <br />closed. <br />i <br />This being the date set, heeringwas had on the pavement of <br />the Ist., alley East of Tecumseh Avenue from Pokagon Street South and East to 2nd., <br />2.1ley East of Tecumseh Avenue under Improvement Resolution No,1754. <br />- In the above matter, remonstrators appeared but no written <br />remonstrance was filed. One property owner appeared in favor of this 'improvement but <br />there were four: property owners against the improvement who protested on the grounds <br />that the improvement was not needed just as this time. <br />After hearing all interested parties, the Board decides to <br />rescind on former action on said resolution and declare same in all things null and <br />void and the proceedings closed. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resurfacing <br />of Lafayette Street from north line of the -alley north of North Shore Drive to the <br />South line of 'Marquette Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I755. <br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />ernonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the matter, finds that the <br />:euefits t.o_L,the:prope.rt�es .11 :b�'e to 7be "assessed.for said improvement are equal to the <br />estimated cost, as reported by the City Engineer, and therefore, declares same in all <br />0 <br />• <br />0 <br />
