Mr. Schalliol responded <br />that it does. <br /> <br />CRN.2655 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />SBCDA <br />OUTH END ENTRAL EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2655 <br />AND ADDING ONE OR MORE PARCELS TO THE <br />amending the development plan for the South <br />LPA <br />IST OF ARCELS TO BE CQUIRED <br />Bend Central Development Area and adding <br />one or more parcels to the List of Parcels to <br />be Acquired. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />(Rink Riverside site) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that the Rink Riverside site <br />is a .83-acre site located at the northwest <br />corner of Sycamore and East Colfax Streets. <br />It was cleared in 2005 and offered for <br />disposition in 2006. Two developers <br />previously offered proposals for the site, <br />neither of which progressed beyond the <br />planning stages. In 2008 another <br />development was proposed, but did not <br />progress either. <br /> <br />In December 2009 David Matthews <br />approached the department with a proposal to <br />develop ten townhouse style condominiums. <br />Eight of the units will face the river; two will <br />face south off the northern property line. <br />Units will be two-story, brick, with nine-foot <br />ceilings and two-car attached garages. The <br />minimum unit size will be 1,700 sq. ft. The <br />starting price will be approximately <br />$170,000. <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
