<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. P,i. All members present.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pipe- i
<br />sewer on Cedar Street from 1. L. North Sunnyside Addition to Harriett Street under
<br />improvement resolution No.1656.
<br />In the above matter.-Yr. Walter McInerny appeared in the interest of the
<br />Securities Investment Co., and the Board decides to continue hearing until October
<br />20th., I926.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had. on the. following Assessment rolls:
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the first alley between Yonroe _ Street and 1
<br />South Street from -Michigan street to the alley East of laic)Aigan Street. under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I548.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Roberts Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Ruski
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I608.
<br />In both of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed and the Board, being fulling advised in the premises, find `that the lots" -
<br />and ia reels of land assessed on said rolls have been b.enefi.ted in the amounts shown
<br />on s aid rolls. The Board therefore, d ecides to sustain all former action on said .
<br />resolutions, and declares said rolls, filed Oetober 5th., I926, in .all 'things ratified
<br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, hearingw as had on the assessment roll for the pavement
<br />on Oakland Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Northside Boulevard under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I66I.
<br />In the above matter, ,no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was
<br />filed, and the Board being fully advised in the matter, finds that the lots and parcel
<br />of land assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts as shown 'on -
<br />said roll. Therefore, -the Board decides to sustain all former action on said resolutio s
<br />and declares said roll, filed October 6th., I926, in all things ratified., confirmed
<br />and approved and the proceedings closed.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed the following assessment rolls:
<br />Assessment roll for the curb, sidewalk and pavement on'Esther Street from Jefferson
<br />Blvd., to 'ayne Street under Improvement Resolution No.I596.
<br />Assessment for the pavement on Oakside'Street from Michigan street to Fellows
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution Fo.1609.
