The <br />Redevelopment Commission agrees to pay a <br />monthly management fee of $250 and an <br />incentive fee of 7% of gross monthly revenue <br />in excess of $13,000 for Leighton and Main <br />Street garages, and pay a monthly <br />management fee of $250 and an incentive fee <br />of 7% of gross monthly revenue exceeding <br />$28,500 for the Wayne Street garage. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Rescind Contract with Wightman Petrie <br />for Phase II Environmental Site <br />Assessment for Burton property (Waste <br />Management & 1515-1519 Franklin) <br /> <br />Ms. Kolata noted that in October 2008 the <br />Commission received a proposal from <br />Wightman Petrie to do some Phase II work at <br />Waste Management. They had not yet begun <br />the work when staff asked Wightman Petrie <br />for proposals for additional Phase II site <br />assessments. Wightman Petrie was kind <br />enough to tell us that it would be less <br />expensive if we went with a bigger contract <br />that would include the previously approved <br /> 11 <br /> <br />
