Being part
of Dunbar's Sub. Of bank Outlots 31 & 32 to the City of South Bend, St_ Joseph County,
Indiana
SBHF owns and operates historic Dunbar Corners Apartments, located to the immediate
west of the alley. Upon completion of a recent property survey it was determined that the
house located at 902 Colfax (part of Dunbar Corners Apts.) is 7" over the property line -
into the alley. In addition, this alley is no longer used — it is very narrow alley, only 8'
wide, so it is difficult for a vehicle to fit through and the area is grown over by grass as
no vehicle (neighbor or City related) travels down the alleyway.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Liz Maradik at 259 -1066 x 221.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Phil Byrd
Executive Director
CHARTERED MEMBER
n g g
" (i cn
i Fkdt
q 0 Q'; [nI.
