<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — WATER
<br />TREATMENT CHEMICALS 2018-2019 (VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OPERATIONS

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Bradley Van Oosterum, Water Works, requested permission
<br />to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced chemicals. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS AND TITLE

<br />BUILDING —PROJECT NO. 117-127 (2018 FIRE CAPITAL)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Tara Weigand, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this time for
<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion
<br />made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY — 209 S.
<br />MEADE STREET
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Debrah Jennings, Community and Economic Development,
<br />stated her Department has received an Application to Purchase Vacant City -Owned Property at
<br />the above address. She noted in her memorandum that she has determined that the City has no
<br />need for the property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is
<br />eligible to purchase the property as an abutting property owner. Ms. Jennings stated she is
<br />therefore requesting to advertise the sale of the property per I.C. 36-1-11-5. Upon a motion made
<br />by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the above request was approved.
<br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 13-2018 — A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
<br />WORKS FOR THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT
<br />COMMISSION FOR REDEVELOPMENT
<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the following
<br />Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works:
