<br />In the above matter several, property ov ners appeared and remonstrated against
<br />the water connections assessments but upon investigation City Engineer, Mr. "'ray,
<br />finds that the water connection against lot #659 is correct as there is a double
<br />house built on this lot, one side facing Meade Street and the other facing Ford Street
<br />Ili. the complaint of property owners against water connections on l6ts No.965 and
<br />No.966, City Engineer, Mr. "'!ray, finds that these water connections had been made
<br />previous to the time of the pavement improvement and therefore should not be assessed
<br />j against these properties. The Board modifies the assessments on these two lots
<br />in the amounts of the water connections, leaving the total assessments 234.73 for
<br />each of these lots. In the matter of the 8 foot strip which was assessed against
<br />lot 610, the Board finds that an error was made by the abstractor in showing this
<br />j strip as belonging to 6IO instead of to lot 6II, and the Board, therefore, changes
<br />roll to show the 8 foot strip belonging to lot 6II and the property of Mike and
<br />Cyrilla Beke.
<br />After hearing all persons interested insaid roll, the Board finds that
<br />the lots and tracts of land assessed on said roll have been benefited in the amounts
<br />named on said roll, and therefore declares said roll, filed 6eptember 22nd., I926,
<br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, with the above modifications.

<br />No.I723. _ Construction bond being for I00',of the amount of the contract, I8,864.00
<br />and signed by the Inland Bon ding Co.
<br />• The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the 11.1bert Construction Co., for -
<br />the ='•eade Street pavement under Improvement Resolution NoI§33, signed by the Inland
<br />jBonding GO. , for I0� of the contract r, ,.=ice, : 5, 743.19.
<br />1. The Board approved the drive way at 205 -eade Street, presented by
<br />J'hitmarsh for his Coal yard at the above address.
<br />City engineer, °r, rr r. ray, filed Plans and specific -tions and the
<br />Board adopted a resolution for the grading_ of the alley South of ubail from Kemble
<br />Street to Dougla-g Street under Improvement Resolution No.I750.
<br />In the above matter, the Bo and orders that on the 27th. , day of October,
<br />I9261 this Board at it Is office in the City mall at 7-I5 P. T , will hear and receive
<br />remonstrances from all Persons interested in or affected by said Proceedings. Board
<br />further orders that notices of this hearing be published on the 7th.1 Cay of October
<br />and on the I4th.1 day of October, I9261 in the Yews Times and Tribune, and that all
<br />property owners be notifidd according to law.
