<br />The Board approved the mainbenaince bond of the Plummer Construct-
<br />ion Company for the pavement on City Hall Court under Improvement Reso lut ion No.1292.
<br />This guarantee bond being for I0% of the contract pride, and aVnountirp-to I245.02
<br />and signed by the Southern Surety Co., of Bemoines Iowa.
<br />City Engineer, Mr. IT C.'>ray, filed assessment roll for the
<br />cement sidewalk on the East side of Eddy Street from Bronson Street to Belmont avenue
<br />under Improvement Resolution No.I659. This being a waiver, the Board approved same
<br />in the amount of 264.60 and declares said roll, filed September 29th., I926, in all
<br />things ratified, . confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.
