<br />In the matter of the section of xngella Avenue from r,Tarquette to Lafayette
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.1702, the Board hereby rejects all of the. bids_
<br />for said improvement because of the fact that the bids submitted were in excess of 50%
<br />6f the value of the property as assessed for taxation. Board further decides to readv
<br />tise for bids on said street, giving the property owners time in which to sign the waiv
<br />allowed by law under the above condi-.ions.

<br />No.I722, to The Albert Construction Co., at their low bid of 80,639.43.
