<br />and the Board adopted and approved the following Improvement Resolutions, property
<br />owmsrs waiving all rights as the legality of same:
<br />Improvement Resolution N0.T73T for the construction of a local
<br />sewer on Edison Avenue from the south line of lot 635 Belleville 3rd., Unit, to
<br />the center of the alley south of Division `'treet,
<br />Improvement Resolution No.1732 for the construction of a local
<br />sewer on Albert revenue from the south line of lot 523 Bellew x lle 3rd. , Unit to
<br />the center line of the alley south of Division �'treet.
<br />Improvement Resolution No. I733 for the construction of a
<br />local sewer on Esther treet and Devon Circle.
<br />City Engineer submitted the following partial estimates:
<br />Partial Estimate No.2 for the Phillippa "treet grade 'curb and
<br />walk improvement from Indiana "venue to Lelaciare `'treet under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.I555. Board apT oved same and signed in the amount of 381.40. -lex Bukowski, Cont
<br />ractor.
<br />Partial estimate 10.1 .for the Grade Curb and walk on Huey Street
<br />from Elwood -'venue to Keller Street under Improvement Resolutionho.I670. Board
<br />approved and signed same in -the amount of 2.9677.75. Eston Ball, Contractor.
<br />Partial Estimate No.I for the pavement of. Brookfield Street
<br />from "ashington Avenue to Lincoln 1v*ay yiest, under Improvement Resolution Tdo/1620.
<br />Board approved and signed same in the amount of I7,242.42. `'illiston Construction
<br />Co., Uontractors.
<br />Partial Estimate No.I for the pavement on alley between Fisher
<br />Street and Dunham Street from "alnut Street to St. @asmir�ts Court under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I690. Board approved and signed same in the amount of I,149.59.

<br />Board approved the petition of the Indiana Bell Telephone Co, ,
<br />for setting poles in Lincoln Manor rddition, ,1.7hich was filed August 30th., I926.
<br />Board also approved the petition of the Indiana & n-Tichigan
<br />Electric Co., to extend their pole lines on Ple asant 6treet.
<br />Board approved the construction Bond of "alter Grolubski signed
<br />by the Yassachusetts Bonding Co.
<br />Upon the request of Eston B 11, uontractor the Board approved
<br />the extension of time on the Washington ;=venue ontract under improvement Resolution'
<br />No.164I. Extension until October I5th. , I926 allowed by the Board.
<br />No petition.shaving been received for a change of type of
<br />pavement other than specified in the preliminary order, the Board t hi s 31st ., day
<br />of ugust, 1926, hereby makes a. final order for `'beet "Isphalt as the gape of
<br />pavement with which '�!azhin.gton, shall be improved and awards the contract for
<br />said improvement to the zlbert Uonstruction co., at their low bid of I3,724.84.
<br />No petitions have been filed for a change of type of 'avement
<br />other than that specified in the preliminary order, the Board this 31st., day of
<br />-LuFust, I926. hereby makes a final order for `'beet Asphalt as the type of pavement

<br />at their 1 ozr bid of II, 606.12.
<br />ATo petitions having been received f or a change of type of
<br />pavement on California 1�venue under Improvement Resolutirn No.1695, other than
<br />that specified in the preliminary order, the Board this 3Tst., day of `=ugust, I926,
<br />hereby, makes a final order for-.sphaltic Concrete as the type of pavement with
<br />which said street shell be improved and awards the contract f or said �!Tork to the
<br />Albert "onstruction o., at their low bid of 9,076.66.
<br />No petitions having been , e ceived for a change of ty-pe of
<br />pavement on Adis6n Street under Improvement Resolution No.I7T4, other than that
<br />specif ied in the preliminary order, the Board this 3Ist . , day of lIgust , I926,
<br />hereby, makes a final order for Sheet Asphalt as the type of pavement with which
<br />said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement to
<br />the Albert Construction Uo., at their low bid of T1447.34.
