1172 Wednesday, August I8th., 1926 <br />Sewer on Twenty Second Street from Jefferson Blvd., to a point <br />365.75' north of the center line of '<".'ilson Street, beginning at the manhole in the <br />intersectionsof Jefferson Blvd., and Twenty Second Street, under Improvement <br />Resolution No.I726. <br />Grade, curb and walk on Sunnysi de Avenue from South Street to <br />Longfellow Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I729. <br />On both. of the above named resolutions, the owners waived all <br />objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation <br />in the procedure for the constructions of said improvements. Board approved and signed same i# <br />the amount of 649.36. <br />Mr. Ernest Young, Architect, and Yr. B. J. Engledrum, President <br />of the Board of S fty, appeared before the Board. Yr. Young submitting tabulations <br />on the bids for tge River Park Fire Station No.q. The Board. hereby, awards the <br />contract for the general contract work on said fire station No.9 to The Smoger <br />Lumber Co., at their low bid of I4,643.00. The Board, hereby, awards the contract <br />for the plumbing in said fire station No.9 to The United Heating and Plumbing Co., <br />at their low bid of 1155,00. The Board, however, deferred the awarding of the <br />contract. for thq h6ating until investigation could be made on the low bidder, <br />Harry D. Perkins Co. <br />The Board approved the construction' of a drive for the Standard Oil <br />Co., at the corner of Division and Olive Streets. <br />Yeeting adjourned at 9-30 P.
