Ito <br />Wednesday, August 18th., 1926. <br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. Y.. All members present. <br />Board approved the Guarantee or Yaintenairice Bond of John F. Hipskind <br />on the Wall Street Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.1646. <br />Board approved the Guarantee or lIaintenaince Bond of John F. Hipskindll <br />on the Chester and Emerson Street Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I645. <br />This being the date set for the hearing on the final Assessment Roll <br />on the pavement of Harriett Street from Jefferson Blvd., to ]McKinley Avenue under <br />Improvement Resolution No.I650, the Board finds that the property so assessed on <br />said roll filed August IIth., I926, is benefited in the amounts as shown on said <br />roll. There being no,remonstrators present and no written remonstrance filed, the <br />Board therefore, declares said roll in all things ratif 3e d, confirmed and approved <br />and the proceedings closed. <br />Hearing had on the Assessment Ko!l for the pavement of LaSalle Avenuei <br />from Sunnyside l-'venue to Gre enlawn -"venue under Improvement Resolution No.I651. <br />In the above matter, the Board finds that the property so assessed <br />on said roll, is benefited in the amounts as shown on said roll, filed August IIth. , <br />1926, and equal to estimated odst of same, as reported by the City Engineer. There <br />being_; no remonstrators present and no written remonstrance filed, the Board, therefore, <br />de&lares said roll in all things ratified, 6onfirmed and approved and the proceedings <br />closed. <br />Hearing had on the }assessment Roll for the Local Sewer on Chester <br />and Emerson "treets from Harriett Street to a point IO' south and 9' East of the <br />North East Corner of Lot 7II Sunnymede Third Addition, under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I645. <br />In the above ratter, ro remonstrators appeared 'and r.o written l <br />remonstrancq was filed and the Board f inds that the property assessed for said <br />improvement has been benefited in the amounts as sho.-rm on said roll, filed July 28th , <br />I926, and therefore, declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />apprpved and the proceedings closed. <br />Hearing had on. the Assessment Roll for the Local Sewer on �Iliall Street <br />from the Trunk Sewer opposite the middle of lot 698 -Sznnymede Third r ddi t ion to <br />Harriett Street, under Improvement Resolution No.I646. <br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed and the Board finds that the benefits to the property assessed <br />on said roll are equal to the estimated cost of the improvement, as shown on said <br />assessment roll, filed July 28th., and the Board, therefore, declares said roll in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved and *the proceedings closed. <br />City Vngineer, Yr. H. G. ""ray, filed the following Assessment Rolls: <br />Grade, Curb and 17a.lk on High Otreet from Lwing to Fairview .Avenue <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I590. <br />Concrete pavement on alley between "-lder and Paris Street from <br />Carroll Street to second alley west of Carroll street under Improvement Resolution <br />No.I549. <br />Grade, Curb and walk on Ilwood Avenue from Olive Street to Yeade <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I589. <br />In all of'�the: _above rolls; the -Boardf:hereby orders that on the <br />25th., day of "ugust, 1926, this Board at it's office in the City Hall will hear <br />and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed and <br />will decide whether the benefits to the property so assessed on said rolls are <br />equal to the estimated cost of same. Board further orders that notices of said <br />hearings be published according to 1 w �� g p a on the 20th,�; day ,of August and on the �. <br />it 2Ist., day of August, I926, in the South Bend Tribune and News Times. <br />City Engineer filed Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk <br />improvement on O'Brien Street from lerwinski Street to the Yorth Line of Jan.owski's <br />2nd., Subdivision, ubder Improvement Resolution No.I573. <br />In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the 25th., day of <br />�! August, 1926, this Board, at it's office in the City HAll, will bear and receive <br />remonstrances from all persons whose property has beenassessed and will decide <br />whether the benefits to the property so assessed on said rolls, are equal to the <br />estimated cost of same. This being a complete '-Waiver, no publication is necessary. <br />City 9ngineer filed-ssessment Roll for the grade, curb and walk im- <br />provement in Monti0@11ea. Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I675. <br />This being a complete '::'aiver and no notices being required by law, <br />the Board, this I8th., day of August, .I926, hereby decides that the benefits to <br />property for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported <br />by the City Engineer, and therefore, declares said roll in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. <br />City Engineer filed Assessment Roll for the Vacation of alley North <br />of Broadway from W.
