<br />contract was awarded to The Reith Riley Construction Co., for Sheet asphalt
<br />at th&ir low bid of 37,735.42.
<br />Hearing had on Improvement resolution No.1653 for the
<br />pavement of Sunnyside Avenue from Sunnymede Avenue to South street.
<br />In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />remonstrance was filed, and the Board finds that the property liable to
<br />be a ssesed for said improvement will be benefited in the amount of the
<br />estimate, as filed by the Frgineer. Board, therefore, decides to sustain
<br />all former action on said resolution and declare same in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
<br />Board hereby sets the I5th., day of June, I926,-when said
<br />Board will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the improvement
<br />of said street, and orders that notices of same be published according to
<br />law on the 2nd., day of June and on the 9th., day of June, I926, in the
<br />News Times arid. Tribune.
