Presiden Att st: r -V� !^ - L""' UlOrk o Board. Tuesday, March 23, 1926 Board met in regular session at'9!15-A.M.' All members present.. Minutes of meeting held March 16, 1926 read and approved. Board signed contract with Van Trump Testing Laboratory for testing asphalt mixtures for year 1926. Upon the recommendation of ','dm. F. Aualls, the Board approved the following petitions for lights: Light at the corner of Napoleon Street and St. Louis Blvd., at a cost of $45.00 per year. Same ordered. Light in 1300 block on Johnson Street near fire hydrant., Same ordered, at a cost of 045 per year. Board approved the petition dated -March 22, 1926 from Indiana Bell Telephone Co., for placing poles and anchors in certain districts as shown on accompanying blue print. Board approved grades for the follwoing Streets: `Nilson Ave., Washington Ave., North line of Colfax Ave., South line of hots 65 & 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition., Southeast and southwest cor- ner McKinley Street. Engineer signed assessment roll for pipe sewer on Sunnymede Avenue from 18th Street to Harriet Street under Improvement Resolution J1580. In the above matter the Board hereby orders that property owners be advised that said assessemtn roll was filed and final estimate allowed and that said Board, at its office in the City Hall at 7:15 P.Iv. on April 14th, 1926., will hear all persons affected by said proceedings. Board approved the plat of dlhitcomb and Keller's Third Sunny- mede Addition with the following dedication: DEDICATION I_ The annexed plat is a plat jof Whitcomb & Keller's Third Sunny- merle Addition to the.City of South Bend, St. oseph County, Indiana, and is com- pose& of a tract of land in the Southwest Qyarter of Section 7, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, which tract is bounded on the Borth by the Grand Trunk Western Rail- road and on the west.by Eddy Street, on the South by Mishawaka Avenue, and on the East by Harriet Street; excepting a tract of land sold to the School City of South Bend, which is recorded in Deed Record 191, page 440; also except Whitcomb & Keller Second Synnymede, which is recorded in Plat Book 12, page 20; and also except the proposed right-of-way of the Grnd Trunk 'Western Ra-lroad more fully described in their action for Appropriation of Land in the St. .oseph County Circuit Court No.2, i Cause No. 2795. it The alley between lots 704 and 705 shall be the dividing line between Wall Street and Emerson Street. The line between Lots 764 and 765 shall be the dividing line between Wall Street and Chester Street. Fddyt Street has been widened ten feet on the east side making its total width 80 feet; Mishawaka Avenue has been widened 20 feet on the north . side making its total width 90 feet. 0- 0 •
