Saturday January ,2nd. , ._1926,._Continued.. of the appropriation of cettain property under Condemnation Resolution No. 93 for the to of Kosciuszko Street at Prairie Avenue. Which list includes .the names of the owners and holders of property and its interests therein sought to be taken or beneficially or injuriously affected, and the description of the several pieces of property which is affected by the said app appropriation proceedings. Thereupon the Board procee&ed to award the damages sustained and to the benefits accuring to each piece of proparty upon said list. It was thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and'unanimously adopted, resolved that.said list, together with the amounts of benefits and damages and net benefits and net damages therein set forth as to the several parcels of land be adopted and that the respective amounts of benefits contained in s aid list be and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list and that the respective amounts of damages contained in the said list be and are hereby awarded to the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in aid list, and that net benefits and net damages, as the case may be as to the respective tracts of land, contained in said list are hereby awarded or assessed, as the case may be as to the said several tracts of land-. I The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other where both benefits and damages are assessed, against the same x* 1wgx piece of property, tract of land or interests, and hereby fixes the said respective net benefits as the amount that shall be paid by the respective owiners as .benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tracts as dEamages. Thereupon , upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted the Board did not fix date for hearing. i Resolutions adopted by the Board ordering that the -Mayor issue Cemetery Deeds to John F. Fuchs and Katherine Wundetlich, ( Insert see files for resolutions.). City Controller:- -Please release $100,00 withheld from amount due j Jgbn Lugaresi on contract for laying sewer on Swigart Street from Indiana Avenue to I Railroad. Renewal certificates on following bolds approved: - Harvey L. Hager and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company. Jacob Hawblitzel and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company Reliable Plumbing and heating Co. and The Aetna Caslsiity Co, Louis S. Niezgodski and American Surety Company of New York. Arthur V. I.1reyers and Masschusetts Bonding & Insurance Co, Comm Communication received fromW. D. Teeple in re Street Department and Engineering Department garage. ( Insert see files.) Approved.
