Smith iuotar;T Public Hearing on Vacation Resolution No, 86, adopted Yareh 18th., 1924 i and- held ray 28th., 1924 and continued to this date or until above mentioned deed filed by Staples and Hardman is received. Board held said hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 86for the vacation_ of part of alleys in Augustine's Addition. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that the City Civil Engineer be instructed to prepare a roll showing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits to all parties and properties in the above matter. The following report filed by the City Engineer. To the Board of Public Works Gentlemen: - The undersiE;ned, as City Engineer for the City of South Bend, hereby reports that ha has examined the attached petition and finds the same to be correct and hereby,submits the follmwing report as provided by Section 8714 Burns Revised Statutes.
