Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.11. All members present. Request received from the Indiana Bell Telephone Company to set poles and anchors on Various Streets in City. Referred to the Supt. of Poles and (fire ',Vm. Qualls for investigation and report. Deed received from Isaac W. Staples and J. Monroe Hardman and Charlotte Zardmcn and Dora J. CONVEY dTD ';'ARiRANT. to City of South Bend of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana its successors and assigns, for the sum of One (01,00) Dollars the following real estate in &t. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, to -grit: - A tract of land bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning on the south line of lot 15 in Augustine's Addition at a point seventy seven and seven tenths .(77.7) feet east o the east line of Adams Street, thence northeasterly seventy one and nine tenths (71.9) feet to a point eleven and seven tenths (11.7) feet north of the south east corner of lot 16 Auvustine's Addition; thence south along the east line of lots 16 and 15.in said Addition on a distance of uwenty tcro and ninety two hundreths (22.92) feet; thence southwesterly to a point on the south line of said lot 15, twenty two and three tenths (22.3) feet east of the place of beginning; thence west twenty two and three tenths (22.3) feet to the place of beginning.
